important given that the World Health Organization considers that 80% of cases could be prevented with healthy habits instilled from an early age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nutrition and health prevention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stages from birth<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading along with limited sugar intake, is essential for protecting cardiovascular health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, it is important to combine a healthy diet with 180 minutes of physical activity of any intensity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-34235bdd72dd83f7716f33a43051779b\">Don&#8217;t forget that young children need to sleep more than an adult, between 10 and 13 hours of sleep per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color
