CÍTRUS – VITAMIN C 

Citrus fruits, such as oranges, lemons or mandarins, are a source of Vitamin C, which helps us to strengthen our defenses, accelerate tissue regeneration and eliminate toxins. In addition to citrus fruits, kiwis, tomatoes and peppers are also rich in this vitamin.
